RCBS Ultrasonic case cleaner 2

I just use water [ I buy at water store - 5 gallons = I am in Union city and water tastes bad ]
I use a baby bottle warmer to warm water , put in a pitcher and add to sonic after parts are in it .
I use WD-40 or CRC 232 [ Harbor freight has not had CRC 232 for about a year ] same as water - put in a pitcher and add to sonic after parts are in it .
I buy coffee filters at dollar store and strain WD-40 or CRC 232 after each use .
Some people add dish soap - I don't - even WD-40 / CRC 232 attract dust and the soap makes it worse and is harder to strain .

Is the tub big enough to hold a complete ar upper with 16 inch barrel?

No, it's about the size of a 50 cal ammo can. At the max fill level, it holds 1.6 gal of liquid with nothing else in the tank.

although i've only used one once in our lab at work. they mainly used warm water with alcohol

haha worse case E&J Brandy? don't know if it has sugar and if it'll do damage.

Isopropyl alcohol...we use 99% in the labs at work. i'm sure most labs will use 99%

i assume store bought 70% Isopropyl alcohol would be fine.
