    Wet Tumbled brass pricing.

I was wondering how much wet tumbled brass (9mm, .40S&W, and .45ACP) is worth these days. I want to sell off my stuff in lots of 1,000, medium flat rate boxes, and 5 gallon buckets. A majority of what I have is sorted by head stamps as well.

You take your brass, fill up an empty flat rate box, weigh it and then subtract the weight of the empty box. Then you look for weight to brass calculations that are posted ALL OVER the internet, and you start the bidding for $10.00 + $15.00 shipping on GUNBROKER.COM.

There you go. Take photos along the way. If you want to go that extra mile then measure out enough and put them into a reinforced bag and THEN put them into the box so the box does not tear open throwing brass all over. And BTW, brass IS heavy so use contractor bags else you might get a mess on your floor.

Her is a hint, 44 lbs+ will fill a LARGE flat rate shipping box and it will ALSO destroy that box if you do not reinforce it.

An easier trick, get two or the larger medium flat rate boxes, fill them and put them on top of each other on their sides in a large flat rate box, they should fit nearly perfectly. OR, you can also use the SMALL flat rates like battery cells and put in about 5 or 6 side by side ends up in a large flat rate. That is how lead gets shipped by some folks.

Either way, your post still looks like a thinly veiled ad.

      Good luck and Happy 4th.

Thanks. I didn't even consider Gun Broker. It seems that 2k .45 ACP cases will fill out a medium flat rate box.

          Where are you located?
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Los Angeles. I am gonna wet tumble the remainder of my brass, box them up, and sell my wet tumblers.
