Can you share the link to the $40/1000 projectile? I can only find $80/1000.

    Thanks

This is cool. From the collective info shared here, I can reload RMR with titegroup and 2 cents primers for 11 cents. I'll pass on Precision Delta next time. Thanks.

Its all about cost effectiveness and what you prefer...

Its good to know how to reload for bad times or past times.

Watch American reload. Better yet sign up for the email.
They run specials for a lot of different calibers.
I stocked up when they were 30 per 1000. Last order I paid 40 per 1000. These are pulled tmj or fmj, 115 124 mixed.
I did get a bunch of 115 when they offered them.
          .40 S sale 1500 for 99.00 or so. They just had a sale on 55 gr 223 for 53.00 per 1k.

I do not reload 9mm anyways. I just shoot Winchester Ranger RA9T ammo for practice and carry.

American reload pulls have been pretty consistent for me so far. Not as wide of a spread.
                  Guess that's ok for plinking?

223 and 5.56, I swear I load better than any ball ammo I can find. Will continue to load those just because I see a benefit.

Didn't think 2017 would turn out this way.
                    *shrug*, I shoot less than 300 223 a year, I don't reload 223. waste of my time.

Like others say, save the brass, 2018 is a new year. Maybe then I'll be reloading my 300 223 for the year's worth of shooting. I'm ready for it. You should maintain readiness for shooting 9.

Meantime, save that brass on the commercial. Nice thing about "not reloading it" is you can be lazy about sweeping the brass, so if a few dozen get away it's no biggie....

Depends upon how much you shoot and how crazy the prices go in January. Thanks Moon beam....@*&#@#

As someone said, when our internet sales are kaput here in California, you may end up paying a great deal more. I have not reloaded a single 9mm, though I have all the components necessary. I could set things up and begin to roll my own 9mm in about 10 minutes. Why have I not done it yet? As a few people have pointed out, unless you are shooting thousands of them a year the savings is not significant. Next the time factor.

I can see myself reloading the 9 in the next year. One thing I know, they will tend to be better quality than my typical plinking ammo.
