Congrats on your progress. It's been a year in the making for me, I can't imagine how difficult it is for you to do this, having a toddler. Time is the issue. I have not been able to reload for four months, I am really missing it. I am midway through my Garage-Mahal remodel, my garage and reloading area is going to look amazing. You and I are on the same track. I spent twelve hours yesterday reclaiming my old workbench from all of the junk piled up on it and transferring tools to my new tool cabinets. Built a new Harbor Freight cheapo workbench which will take over minor home repair duties. My old workbench, my Dad and I built it when I was twelve out of 4x4s and 2x6s, it's pretty heavy and solid, but the top is a mess, after 41 years of use, lots of gouges and spills. So I am simply going to go to Home Depot or Ikea and buy a butcher block or Corian countertop to bolt to it so I have no seams and easy clean up for spilled powder and primers. A friend gave me a 1950s era metal cabinet that has about 40 small drawers and a master bracket that goes in the front of it and locks all 40 drawers, it is a perfect place to store primers, dies and other small reloading tools. It's all coming together.

Looking good Kappy, all of your hard work is paying off. I wish I had room for a nice setup like yours.

Nah. Saved me money in bad ammo for my .45s. I just couldn't get it to work out of the Lee.

Looking good kappy, I'm getting mine finished up as well. I started building mine after the move though so didn't have much of a mess to clean up first but started from scratch. Really sucks not being able to reload.

Amen, I use the "tandem" area in my three car tandem garage.

If you fellers want to show me how to add another garage on, I'm game. Unfortunately, these cookie cutter houses don't seem to offer such much room to fiddle.

That's okay. My vehicle supposedly doesn't fit in the garage, so the wife gets it all by herself. I'm... moderately okay with that. I may someday get one of those popups to park under when I get a new truck.

I had one non negotiable demand when we moved. I told the realtor if he showed us a single house without a three car, id fire him.

Of course my wife had a wish list, too, amd got it, but she wasnt as adamant as i was.

If we ever get a new house, you can be sure that I'll be getting that three-car garage. We almost had one a few years back, but it was in West Sac and before I got into guns. I don't think I'd have gotten into guns if I lived there.

                            But... maybe someday.
