    Reloading Supplies

New to reloading and I have a single stage Rock Chukar as Im just now purchasing.
Where is the best pricing Reload Shop with the Best Prices to complete my Purchases. Ive been looking and researching and it seems like I will need to purchase from several places.
Is there a Site that will have most everything for Good Prices or am I dreaming and just need to keep looking around.

Good luck finding a place where you can buy powder you want along with primers you want in order to save hazmat and shipping. I finally gave up and paid 50% premium at my FLGS.

For powders the best spot seems like Powder Valley. Most online sources I've searched are very low if not completely out of non-magnum small pistol & large rifle primers (the most common types).

The houge proshop in Paso Robles has tons of powder and primers at reasonable prices for being in California.

OP, start at the top of the "Reloading Forum Page" in the stickys.

Without a location, nobody can give you guidance to LGS who regularly keep good stocks of supplies.

Welcome to reloading. it is an addiction for sure.

It is always good to shop local if you can, but you need to know how much more you are spending compared to mail order.

For reloading equipment, Google is your friend along with eBay and Amazon. Midway is great but there are quite a few others like Natchez and Mid South. To make the best price comparison, put items in your cart so you can include shipping. Some stores have great pricing but their shipping sucks.

For powder, primer and bullets I always start here: http://ammoseek.com/
The idea is to gather as much as you can from one shop to spread out the
Hazmat on powder and primers. If you are only looking for 1# of powder or 100 primers, buy local. Sometimes an on-line shop will discount, or not charge, the Hazmat so you will want to get on as many email lists as you can. Midway just ran this a week or so ago for $150 minimum order. Bass Pro on line has a 6-pay deal going where they charge your card 1/6 of the total for 6 months, plus they have free shipping right now.

There are a lot of options, so spend some time on the internet.

                Have fun!

I'm also trying to get into reloading so excuse the thread jack OP but do you only have to pay the Hazmat fee for powders or does that extend to primers and such as well?
