I know that the 650 primes on the upstroke. Are you jamming the handle upward and crushing primers? Are the primers feeding normally? Is the brass tip at the bottom of the primer tube boogered up?

I would call Dillon. That is a serious issue.

Could be the indexing paw needs adjustment.

I would stop what you are doing and call Dillon.

Are you using the right primer tube and primer wheel? Large primer vs small primer? I have loaded about the same amount of ammo on a machine that is dedicated to small primers and have not had any kabooms.

I am located in southern California
                      In the city of downey
Dillon sent me a brand new small primer
System so i would just bolt it in and be done i also checked everything to make sure it was set up for small primer
Any help even just taking a look at it would be great i would gladly give some reloading supplies to whoever takes the time to help a fellow calguner out

I see that you are loading 9,40 and 45. Are they all small primers?
