LAX New ammo

LAX has a heck of a sweet deal right now for first time customers----free shipping.
It's tempting to lay aside a few boxes for the coming CA Ammo Apocalypse
So my question is, who here shoots LAX new ammo? Is it accurate?
Is it reliable? My interest is in the 38 Spl, 44 Mag, 45 ACP and 45 Colt loadings.

all i can say is you get what you pay for. Look at their reviews on yelp, and on youtube, some people say yay and some people say nay. goodluck!

I don't buy from them often, maybe 2k rounds this year, but all their new and reman has been good to go for me. Its probably less accurate and reliable as PMC which is considered a good bang for the dollar

I have it stuck in my head that LAX ammo is notorious for blowing up people's guns. It seems that everytime there is a problem in the handgun forum it is blamed on LAX ammo. On top of that, I think they allowed themselves to be interviewed by some ***** lib-tard and she chopped the video to make them look like they said that everyone should be trained/ permitted or whatever before buying guns/ammo and some more bs that fit her agenda. But essentially it came down to LAX wanted more anti 2A stuff to be passed... That was the message.

I have never bought anything from them anyways so I am just a guy on the internets talking out his butt...

I bought 500 rounds reloaded from them....fired 430 ish thru a brand new gun without a single issue......no nothing.


Less than 2 boxes in a federal and had a couple stove pipes.......a few boxes in on the cci brass blasers and had a ftfeed and a stove pipe........speer lawman produced a ftfeed atleast once per 100.

Loaded up the last 70 lax reloads and had no problem at all.......

Any ammo can be bad and blow a gun ,new,reloaded,factory etc and I am sure lax is the same.


I will be buying more in .40 cal due to the way they performed, which was flawless........can`t say the same for all the new factory brand name ammo I shot thru the same pistol.

After the first 400+ rounds ever thru the pistol of the lax reloads, I was super impressed with the pistol and was shocked when different brand name factory new ammo`s had problems.


Maybe it was luck ?

I preferred Surefire ammo when I saw it for sale, but LAX I do not think I would buy just because of what I have seen. Whether or not what I have seen is true is another question.

Thats it in a nut shell.....whether or not it is true or not.

Many internet posts have me scared to reload .40 cal pistol rounds.......bulged cases explode from used cases in a glock.... 40 cal is high pressure....warning warning...will wobinson.


I just loaded 100 .40 cal to the best of my ability, if they blow it is my own fault...........followed published data, loaded to the low side....double TRICKLE checked the charge.......what can you do, but do.
