9mm reload advise?

I'm looking to start reloading for my 9MM. Were the best company to get brass, Primers, powder and projectiles? I looked at American but they only had primed brass. Also looking for a reloader.

+1 on brass found at the range, whether at an indoor or outdoor range, 9mm brass is plentiful.

What type of press, powders, bullets, and components are you considering?

Looking at a Dillion 450 or 550. FMJ 124. Not sure on Powder.

I personally have no experience with any Dillon products, so can't commentioned much on your press selection. Hornady LNL was what I went with for a progressive press and RCBS RockChucker for a single stage. Both are great presses, and produce excellent rounds for my purpose's.

For 9, find yourself some small pistol primers that are available to you. I personally use Winchester, CCI, or federal and have not notice any accuracy difference in regards to primers . Some nice powders for 9 are Alliant Power Pistol, Hodgdon HS6 and HP38, just to list a few. Don't limit you self to just this list, experiment some, it's part of the joys of reloading. If you chose to use a faster burning powder, be vigilant to avoid double charges. Go slow, I repeated the process outloud to avoid mistakes.

124grs fmj's are nice, platted bullets will save you some money.

The beginning stage is trial and error, seeing what your particular firearm likes. Log everything or make notes because remembering loads off the top of you head, just doesn't work.

Check out the sticky at the top of this section for "Ventura County Reloading Club". It looks like they will be setting up a reloading class/seminar next month. That would be a good start :-)
