What powder does Speer use in their low recoil 135gr sd rounds? And their low recoil 357 variety?

Something FAST (like Bullseye, Titegroup, etc.) Prolly not a canister powder.

Low recoil is light bullet and/or reduced velocity (by definition). Anything else is just marketing.
