Look we all have made mistakes. You now have access to a lot of good suggestions here. Take your time read your manuals and die instructions again and start over. Also, double check your powder weight as well. After a few thousand rounds you will be a pro.

Thanks guys for all this e positive comments and advice. I did read the instructions for the die set but I guess I was too excited about my first reload that I forgot to adjust the seating die. For those of you who offered help, I will keep you in mind in case I have any questions. Thanks again.

No problem pulling the bullet, but if the case bulged, I'd toss it. The case will be weak after stretching. If you don't already have an inertia bullet puller, buy one; they're inexpensive & useful.

Looks like mine- I have a red , blue and green one .
Up to 6 of us reload at a time - was showing a nephew how it works -
screw ring fell off and cracked - [ after thanksgiving ] I got 3 for Xmas and with the one I ordered that gave me 4 .

I like to cheat when setting up a seating die. Back the die out, put a factory cartridge in the shell holder, raise the ram and then screw the die down until it touches. From there, you can seat a bullet and measure/adjust for the OAL you are looking for.

next is the OAL die
Then the crimping if it needs / gets crimped
Got to the web site for the bullet you are using and check OAL
All bullets are not the same .
Just because it is right before crimping does not mean it stayed that way after crimping .
