    Is This .40 Reload Worthy?

Just for the record I don't reload, I just wanted to know if I should just toss these casings or are they reload worthy? The one in the picture is headstamped .40 Perfecta.

    No.
May the Bridges I burn light the way.

Life Is Not About Waiting For The Storm To Pass - Its About Learning To Dance In The Rain.

Fewer people are killed with all rifles each year (323 in 2011) than with shotguns (356), hammers and clubs (496), and hands and feet (728).

        Junk. Not worth the risk.

Lee makes a die that takes the bulge out. Should be good for a couple more reloads if you keep the pressure down a bit.
Assure your handgun brass is bulge free with the Bulge Buster Kit and Factory Crimp Die. This push through die adapter will quickly remove the annoying bulge rings that shell holder constrained dies simply can't reach. Kit includes extension sleeve, push through punch, and catch container.

Nah. Saving a handful of pennies isn't worth risking a serious injury.

Is that a bulge or is it a gouge? If it is only a few like that then toss them, but it would not hurt to see a CLEAR photo. But yes, brass cases are a plenty. If that is a nasty looking bulge then it maybe should be tossed, unless you reload it with the Lee undersized 40 die from EGW or something similar. But really that is the voice of a madman penny pincher talking.

That looks like a Glock smiley. Not safe to reload.
