Eh. Reloading is sedate compared to redheads.

If you're OCD, that makes you a perfect candidate for reloading. I got into reloading because .45Colt factory ammo is very expensive. I later found that cranking out ammo on a press is a fairly enjoyable activity in and of itself.

She might believe it. I just wish I could use my old dishwasher to degrease the guns with R-11. That was the best degreaser ever. Crap would just drip off from the vapor. I remember using that stuff...LOL

Why do you guys heat your brass in an oven?

I love reloading. Its slightly therapeutic. I like my lower charged 9mm rounds more than factory ammo. I'm more accurate with them.

A lot of people use food dehydrators, or just throw them on a towel in the sun. I use a dehydrator.

To dry them after washing them. I use an ultrasonic cleaner sometimes for the really sooty stuff.

Reloading is always a worthwhile experience. Making your own ammo and then shooting it at the range provides great satisfaction. It also helps if you shoot a lot or shoot oddball calibers - it can pay for itself pretty quick.

Agreed. I recently enjoyed 250 satisfied moments at the range from my very first batch.
