    WTB Dillon 550b

Hey guys looking to get back into reloading and looking to pick up a dillon 550b. I will be mainly reloading .45 acp and 9mm to start off with. Please let me know if anyone has one that they would like to sell. The best way to reach me is by text at 858-229-2715. This is my first post here so please let me know if I should alter the post in any way. Thanks

I didnt realize there was so much personality here, I like it. I was looking for a dillon because blue is my favorite color since i was in grade school. Actually when I first got into reloading the person that taught me had a couple of dillons and ever since then I have favored them as the press that I would get when I finally made the leap. I have no heard many bad things about them and I like the warranty that Dillon offers. I hope that answers some of those questions.

Now who has one collecting dust and would like to free up some cash for a new toy?

I have two Dillon 550B presses and I love them both. I've had a few minor issues with them and calls to Dillon quickly took care of them, with replacement parts quickly shipped to me, free for nothing. All the CS reps are very knowledgeable and extremely patient. Can't say enough about Dillon service.

People don't sell used Dillon presses much, they tend to hold on to them and use the h__l out of them.
If you want change you have to put in your 2 cents, you can't just sit on the sidelines and whine.

I bought a used Dillion off a fellow Calgunner cause they had upgraded to a super 1050. I also bought a used RL450 and converted it to a 550. You can find them used on the reloading FS thread here on Calguns

No, He actually DID post a WTB ad, it is NOT thinly veiled at all, I just turned it into a discussion, of which ARFB engaged me and then our posts got deleted and this is what was left.

I guess we were the catalyst for this. My initial post was a bit mean though but I decided to put that guy back in the closet and try a different spin on it and see how it played out.

You are absolutely correct though, THIS POST DOES BELONG IN THE WTS/WTB marketplace, NOT in the discussion forum.

Hmmmmm, maybe funny gifs are needed instead of infographics.

I give this post 2/5 for lack of funny gifs or infographics.

Like I stated in my op I am sorry if I did anything incorrectly, it was not done on purpose. With that being said, calling it a "thinly veiled attempt to get around" would infer that I posted it in the wrong section on purpose. Why would I do that? I fail to see how that would end up to my benefit. It was a mistake but I guess you have never made one of those before. It's your "last chance or I'm gonna tell on you attitude" that really prompted my respect for you as a senior board member and not some tough guy behind a computer screen. Your comment wasn't an attempt to try to educate or help a new board member it was nothing more than a condescending attempt to bully someone who made a mistake. If that's what you have to do to feel like a man then I'm sorry.
