Need help identiying AP 9mm round

Moved to michigan and a friend of the family gave me a small bag of ammunition. Inside i found a handful of these wierd 9mm rounds. Theres 2 "puck" looking discs inside loosely stacked on top of each other inside a clear blue housing. Bottom in marked AP 00 9mm luger... Any ideas of who makes it and the specs? Thanks CRS

Headstamp indicates that it seems to be of Filipino origin. Pull the bullet and see whats inside?

The AP head stamp is Armscor. The blue plastic looks like it is a training round.

Reminds me of the CCI snake shots or glaser safety slugs...

Does it make sense to have ap training rounds? Assuming they are actually armor piercing?? All head stamps are the same btw. It does look like cci snake shot but theres only 2 "upside down flower pots" ill have to pull one soon and take pics

Yeah but what are they made of?

Find a knight and shoot him and see if it pierces his armor.
Then if he is hurt take him to the nearest healer.

However looking at the photo again reminds me of a story of a guy that lost some prototype pistol rounds for a 9mm SWAT carbine in a high stakes poker game with some high ranking officials that kept their bug-out-bags on the ready...
