Which Press are you guys using?

I've shot quite a bit of 10mm and the brass wore out before it needed trimming. Also, I said pistol brass; revolver brass is different and may stretch enough to need trimming although I've never encountered this.

I have a total of 8 dillon presses right now.
one 450, three 550's, two 650's & two 1050's

On the bench above, the 550 is a utility press used for odd jobs, teaching and as a loaner when someone else comes over to load.
The stripped down 650 with the vacum cleaner attached is my 223 sizer/trimmer.
The two 1050's are dedicated to 9mm and 223.

I also have 4 single stage presses, a turret press and an arbor press, 4 tumblers and I load for 40+ different cartridges: 380, 9mm, 38 super, 357sig, 38spl, 357mag, 357max, 40s&w, 10mm, 41mag, 44mag, 45acp, 45colt, 17rem, 20tactical, 204ruger, 22hornet, 218bee, 222, 223, 222mag, 22-250, 6ppc, 6-223, 243, 6mm rem, 6.5grendel, 260, 6.5x55, 7tcu, 7-08, 7mag, 30carbine, 300whisper, 30herret/30HRT, 30-30, 308, 30-06, 338federal, 375jdj, 50bmg and others that I am probably forgetting right now.

If I was only going to have one press for everything, it would be a Dillon 650.
Casefeeder, auto index, powder check, easy to change cartridge setups.

I use my old but reliable RCBS rockchucker with Piggyback II progressive kit. I use RCBS and Lee dies and RCBS tumbler. Basically besides the Lee dies everything else is RCBS green.

Also have a Lee turrent press for 9mm and 223.

1 - Lee Classic single stage for mass depriming of crimped primer brass and micro lot processing for load development
1 - Lee Classic 4 Stage Turret - I tend to use this for small pistol lot (100 rds or less) loading and all rifle (.308 & .223)
1 - Dillon 550 that I used to use for large pistol lots. I am going to start using this for all my rifle (.308, .223 & 30-06)
1 - Dillon 650 I am going to set up for pistol (.45, .38 Special, .40 S&W & 9mm)

1 Redding T7, 2 RCBS Rockchuckers, 1 RCBS Partner, and 1 old Lee C press that is my traveling press. I have different presses set up for different operations and/or calibers.

I use a variety of dies including, Forester, Herters, Hornady and RCBS.

I'm using a Lee Turret kit with the Lee Pro Auto powder dispenser upgrade along with the micrometer adjustable slide. While most of my dies are Lee I am beginning to switch over to RCBS dies, especially for my bottleneck (rifle) cartridges. So far that is my only press. But then I'm pressed for funds at the moment.

Along with that I have a RCBS Range Master 750 electronic scale, a RCBS 5-0-5 balance beam scale, a Hornady Manual Case trimmer with the power adaptor, a RCBS Uniflow powder dispenser, extra turrets for each caliber I load, a digital caliper, precision micrometer, the Lee Auto Prime as well as the Lee hand primer.

To go with that I have two manuals that I primarily refer to and three more as reference material.

[What Just Happened?]

I currently only reload for 45acp.

I use a Lee single stage for priming and a Lee auto-index turret for the other operations.

I use a Dillon sizing / decapping die, Lee Expander, Dillon seating die, and a Lee FCD. The Lee seating die doesn't work well with the Turret press, go figure.

For powder dispensing, I use a Lee Perfect Powder measure.
