    Damaged Reloading Package from Midwayusa

This has got to be some of the worst packaging I've seen in awhile. Mind you, I've ordered from Midwayusa many times and most times everything is fine. Well, this time no so much. See the photos for yourself. I've sent Midwayusa an email about the damage package and replacing missing bullets. The big box had a hole in one corner and bullets were coming out of it. Both boxes (9mm and 223) were completely opened and bullets were loose in the big outer box.

Typical sh**y Midway packing. I think they balance packing material cost vs loss cost. I wonder if they'll cover anything if you didn't pay for insurance even though if it was properly packed you wouldn't have a problem.

They are not the only ones who have done so. Does not make it alright. Sometimes I think they have half-wits packaging stuff.
Sign of the times when they is no concern for your job or pride in your work. Just pay me more for doing less and a crappy follow thru in my job attitude.

I haven't had packages from Midway show up looking quite that bad, but I have had broken boxes of bullets more than once.

Not insured. I was missing 12 9mm and 27 223 bullets. It's not a big deal if they don't replace the missing bullets. It's only a few dollars. I'm more upset over the bad packaging and seems to me total disregard or respect for the customer. This tells me, we got your cash so f**K yourself. What's more upsetting is that I've spend thousands of my money with them and I get this.

It's not UPS. It's Midway. The outer box was so loosely packaged that this would had happened with any shipper. Loose 5-10lb boxes inside a bigger box will bounce around and break.

It's UPS, they know bad packaging and exploit it.

Yeah its very saddening to see they would send a package that way and the way it gets processed during shipping. I hope it gets made right.

That looks like they packed the bubble with enough bullets. Lol

It is a shippers issue. Looks like damage in transit. When a box comes damaged, you should either refuse it or note the damage when signing for it.

The rainier box and the shipping box both look like 20 year old cardboard.

Midway packaging sucks. They once sent me a gas tube in a bubble envelope.

Midway does a horrible job of packaging. I've had the same happen, although with different items. They use too big a box for the amount of stuff they put in it, and not enough packing material to keep things in place. So it bounces around, splits open, crushes other items, etc.
