WTB: 30 REMINGTON // rounds or brass

I have an old Remington that is chambered in 30Rem, and have found difficulty finding rounds for it. I was lucky enough to trade for them at a gun show a while back, but have not found any since.

Willing to purchase both loaded rounds and reloadable brass.

I plan on buying the reloading dyes and bullet stencil later if unable to procure some via the forums..

Look up Bob White at The Shooters Corner. He has the largest selection of accuracy rifles in the world and last time I was there he had 30 Remington brass.

He makes and sells reformed brass for 30 rem --

25, 30, and 32 Remington can all be formed into 30 Remington if you have the dies for it, if you so choose to make your own 30 Remington you can cut a new extractor groove into 30-30 winchester and neck it down be careful with this as the shoulder is further back and will need to be fire formed, this is how I make my 25 remington, grumpa does the same thing just he uses a hydro forming die instead of fire forming, your almost looking for a golden egg. Would this be to feed a remington model 8?

Wasn't the 6.8 spc based on the 30rem? Could you neck it back up, or would it be to short?

Do you put a piece of cardboard on paper and spray over it to make a bullet or something?

I know where 4 boxes of ammo are, but they're not cheap. It was $60 or 70 a box. Old Remington Klean Bore.

Don't know if 6.8 spc is dimensional close to 30 Remington but I haven't read up on it, but going on the tangent of cases based of the 25 30 and 32 Remington you would have to include the 10mm auto haha
