    Crossroads in Las Vegas

Going to be in Vegas 12/19-20, thinking of hitting up the gun show for some cheap ammo (5.56, .308, 9mm and .45). Are the prices worth it or am I better off sticking to online retailers?

Its the same sellers as all the other gun shows. Pay for parking. Pay for admission. If its crowded , you will have to park at the upper parking lot. The attendance tripled after sandy hook. Focus on winning and buy on the internet.
Been gone too long. It's been 15 to 20 years since i had to shelf my guns. Those early years sucked.
I really miss the good old Pomona Gun Shows.

Prices will be the same as they are at gunshows here. Like any swap meet or other venue full of individual dealers, you might find a deal or you might not.

When I was in Vegas last month. The only gun related accessory I bought was at bass pro. I bought three of those Birchwood Casey gun black markers to TouchUp some scratches. They are illegal in Calif.

I hope you picked up a few gallons of mineral spirits while you were in Vegas. That's another thing you can't buy here.

If your there already go to have fun, don't really plan to buy anything.

Prices are inflated, expect large crowds, and to pay for everything to get in, you'll probably be watched for buying things Ca doesn't want here, so do think about that.

Their is no cheap ammo at gun shows ! IMO, online will beat the crap out of GS.

Like was stated above, many are the same people all the time, and most are not interested in giving you a good deal.

Although you just never know, have fun OP.

Last time I was in vegas for a gun show there was either no or very little for admission and parking. I think it was about $10 total to park and get inside and parking might have been free.

I know that when they have a show out in Havasu at the aquatic center that parking is always free and honestly, there are SOME decent things to be purchased, but most of it looks the same in Cali. Except for those $10.00 Beretta contractor factory mags that come wrapped in paper or the P225 mags for $24 ea or the stacks of steel AK mags for $11 each... Funny thing though, reloading stuff was priced high and so was ammo... :\ Of course that was 2 years ago also.

Really? Midway sent me one a couple of years ago, that stuff works great on anodized surfaces.

They don't have cancer warnings on the label for California.

You won't get them anymore. Not even EBay vendors won't ship to Cali. Private party will ship.
