I guess my main question is: Is there even a market out there for the old school type of equipment or has everyone gone to the Dillon style method of reloading. My first impression is that other than someone who wants to collect older equipment there likely isn't much demand?
You sir have placed an ad in the discussion forum by admitting that you will be having things for sale. That is illegal and a bannable offense!

NO ARGUMENTS! I AM CONFISCATING IT ALL IN THE NAME OF CALGUNS! Where is the address so that I may pick it all up?

There is a market for some of the old stuff. Take a look at sell prices on Ebay. Depending on what it is, it could be very valuable. There are some monster Hollywood presses that are very expensive.

Run of the mill stuff, it will sell. Old Rock Chuckers are still outstanding presses. RCBS Junior's, they are not compound leverage, I paid $35.00 for a like new, sold it for $45.00. I have a Lyman Spar T press, I consider it pretty useless and the primer catcher cup brings more money than the press. A Lyman T Mag, now that is a great press

And powder measures, as long as they are not rusted, they will work.

Send a PM to Calguns member Bigbronco.
He knows ALL about the older presses and what they are worth.

Thank you for all the replies, I will have to get pictures and other info when I can. Unfortunately I am not that near geographically and it will take some time since I too unfortunately am dealing with some health issues, but it will happen eventually.

Great info from everyone, thank you again.

Really sorry for your loss. Rather then posting that fine old equipment here (some of the replys seemed goulish) oil it up and neatly pack it away as may be you or one of your kids may get grandpa's reloading bug. I think the the joy of a family member using grandpa's gear far out weights the few bucks you will pocket.
Remember as long as you keep the rust off it, it will always have value.
I used to reload so I could shoot more, now I shoot more so I can reload more.

Don't be in a rush to sell the equipment and make sure you know what you have before selling.. A huge inventory of reloading supplies was just sold at the Costa Mesa show this weekend and the prices seemed reasonable being something less than retail but a much higher than the swap meet . High quality older equipment certainly has its value.

                            Yep.

If you run out of people to ask about things, I will offer to assist as well if need be, but I promise nothing. I am still a noob myself, but at least I am an honest one.
