I just knocked this together for myself, though I'd share it here. Here's a link to a sheet of labels I made for my reloads.
Printing one sheet gives you 25 1.5" x 1.5" labels for your standard loads, plus 5 labels for ladderloads when you're working new load up. Cut 'em apart with an exacto and a straight edge, and tape 'em to the boxes. If you want to get really fancy, you could print them on a full-size label sheet so they're self-adhesive.
When I ladderload, I sharpie the primer of each charge a unique color so I can tell them apart. The ladder labels have all of the other data abbreviated, but space to write in charges for several different colors.
If you can suggest any changes, I'll try to make them sometime and upload a new version. Anyway, I hope it's useful, happy loading!
