    Lead prices going up.

Got an email from a wholesale supplier today. Lead shot will be going up $4 To $5 per bag of 25#. I would not be surprised if bullets follow this increase.

    Time to stock up.

Any idea what scrap yards are selling for? Last time I paid $1 per #. I just swap my aluminum cans for lead. But it has been a while since I have.

When I get a lane that's getting a little deep at the back stop.
And there's time, I'll pick a bag of range scrap.

It may be a little more work to clean but I haven't had to buy for a while now.
I'll just leave it at that.

My range has it posted not to mine the berms. I don't think it is so much that they care, I think they don't want greenie weenies taking soil samples back to the lab.

I have had visions of a trommel of sorts for taking to public areas, but nah, I have more ideas than time.
