Do any of you guys reload for other guys?

I have about 180 7MM Rem Mags I would like to get reloaded.
I live in Costa Mesa.

I think I can buy20 150gr factory new for about $28.

Should I go buy?

I would be more than happy to for cost. Lets see how much is an FFL 06 licence and $1000000 liability insurance cost these days? Cover these you got a deal.

If you are a hunter then 7mm non lead will runs you $45 for 20 so learn to reload.

I load wildcat cartridges for some of my rifles and though I let people shoot them I would never load ammo for others and I've been loading a long time.

I won't let any one shoot my reloads but me. You will find this sentiment among most reloaders.

Probably a bit harsh because that question get's asked about once a month...might look in the search function..all things considered I think most folks that load don't shoot anyone elses reloads and don't reload for anyone else...I got several friends that have asked me to reload for them and It's been an polite but firm no. Liability...even among friends is just too much. If you plan to keep shooting high cost ammunition you might look into reloading or if not, just bite the bullet (so to speak) and pay the price.

Which law specifically prohibits doing a "favor"?

Possible liability issues? Yes, just as loaning a friend your car can create liability issues if he is involved in a traffic accident. Yet it is not illegal to loan a friend your car.

OP did not ask about someone who is in the "business" of reloading. That would require a butt load of permits, licenses, and insurance.

I sometimes forget that grown men don't have the ability to deal with an answer that isn't warm, soft and fuzzy. Please, please forgive my microagression and refer me to some good sensitivity reeducation.

1. This question gets asked constantly and the answer is not hard to find.
2. If you ask a stupid question, you don't always get a trophy and a hug.
3. If you think that was rude, you might want to stay off the internet. My answer was practically a cool glass of lemonade on an Alabama summer porch.

Gee, I did forget how rude some A.. Holes can be on the internet, hiding behind a keyboard, when a newbe asks a simple question.

Calguns has never condoned or allowed illegal actions. Reloading for profit without a ffl mfg license is illegal. You might be ok with someone doing you a favor, but most doubt that will pass the smell test. Get together with a buddy and share loading ammo should be fine. This has been beaten to death on here and other forums. If you have been on here for 2 years why don't you know about search? For a couple hundred dollars max you could load your own. Did you notice that privately reloaded ammo is rarely up for sale and when it is the person is notified that it is not allowed.
