That Bakersfield show isn't a bad solution for Palmdale, it's only about an hour if you drive fast. Go west on 138 to the 5 and right up the 5/99. Or to Mojave and west on the 58 to avoid the grapevine either way. Certainly no tougher to get to than the upcoming OC Fair show, from Palmdale. Hell it's probably closer.
