Hey OP, before you bake the bullets, are you tapping off the excess? The second pic in your first post looks like there's a lot of buildup of powder on the bullets, kinda the way mine look before I tap off the excess.

They look nice and bright red and even, but you should measure them. If they're more than 0.006" or so in diameter, you might have issues sizing them. Some of my bullets that I did a 3rd coat on without shaking off the excess, had grown in diameter to around .377". When I tried to press them through .356 sizing die, I ended up crushing the ogives, having to knock them out with a hammer and chisel, and throwing them in the scrap lead bag.

now I am, mine are .462 or so after I coat them.

they drop at .456-.458 from the mold, I was wishing I could get a consistent "swirl" look but I can't. latest pic is as good as it's getting w/o a gun.
