    357sig brass

Looking for a good source for 357sig brass. Found some for $50-60/1k, any places have it less?

I plan to form some 40 brass to start, but have read about it being a bit short, thinner, and chambering on the shoulder or extractor vs. the mouth... from what I've read, none are really issues, but I do eventually want to load them hot.

Planning to use 115gr .355 hornady XTP. Not sure on powder yet, unique is probably too big. CFE?

thanks. not so much a WTB post. more of a "where do you guys get your brass?" post. I was on my phone and my wife was staring at me... so I may have worded it poorly

That sounds like a pretty fair price to me. I buy it when I see it for a good price but it's not all that easy to find, especially in bulk.

just look for ONCE FIRED BRASS in google and you will find brassman and brass monkey and a few others that will sell once fired brass for pretty cheap.

        There is always gun broker.

A couple of auctions there seem pretty good. 4k for $200 for THAT cartridge is pretty decent. usually folks snap up the 10mm/357 sig/.380 stuff and sell it for ridiculous prices.

But because it is shouldered, it is a PITA to deal with so who wants it? Gun broker is your friend. at .06 a shell, it does NOT get much better.
