Not a tech and could use a little info (syncing) to phone

Tech challenge here.

I use TracFone, (LGL34C) yeah I know I cheaped out, (only use phone & music). So problem is this new phone won't sync to wid 7 media player (music).

Any ideas why it won't. Oh and I'd like not to be on CLOUD

I do have it activated, & G-mail account up, but can't seem to get it to sync, and Tracfone website is pretty much useless for my situation.

Never mind it's probably a little to technical, it was for me, so sending it back, will keep old phone.

Not really spent 3 days trying to get this thing to work right, all done now.

Online tech support is less than stellar to non existence say the very least.
