Got my wife a Galaxy Tab 3, she likes it.
I'm retired. That's right, retired. I don't want to hear about the cop who stopped you today or how you didn't think you should get a ticket. That just makes me grumpy!

I don't know why anyone watches movies on a tablet, or phone. For me that is killing the whole point of movies, unless I am stuck at the airport or something w/out a computer/TV.
Exactly. I have a 65" with surround, including a sunfire sub, at home for movies...except when I'm flying. Then I'm stuck on a plane, in airports, hotels, and the tablet and some noise canceling headphones are my salvation.

I'm flying to France in 30 days for the 70th anniversary of d day.

Eleven(11) hours on a tin can, non stop.

I also watch netflix at lunch at work on it, and surf.

It's the perfect appliance, I just am looking for input on which one.

I'm telling you, make sure you check out the Asus t100. It has a super long battery life to boot.

Unless you are going to be springing for the i3 or i5 models, the Asus t100 is similar in specs, $150 less and comes with the keyboard/cover included.
