Logitech Performance Mouse MX - have been using this for 4 years and works like a charm. Must remember to charge it once a week though.

      Good luck!

Performance Mouse MX is ... not terrible, I suppose. I'm on my second one of those. Had the first one replaced under warrantee. The true king of all mice, though, is the Revolution MX, which unfortunately Logitech cancelled in favor of the Performance MX. I've got one that's 8 years old and still works like a charm. Battery life isn't quite as good as it was when brand new, though.

Just stay away from cheap ones. I bought a Logitech combo that was over $100 5 years ago and it's still going strong.

I had a Logitech that worked great for a long time. Then took a poop after I dropped it a couple of times.

If I remember, I'll look up the model later tonight and post it.

For a high performance wireless mouse look at wireless gaming mice.

My "Gear Head" wireless (soon to become a target) worked great for a couple months and now it likes to navigate by itself...

I'm using a logitech M510 that's been working hard every day for ~ 5 years. I work at home so it's used at least 8 hours a day. No problems.

thats why i made this post lol. i have the Gear head that was like $14 bucks and i actually really liked it.. for a few months. now it has a mind of its own.

the logitech seems like a good unit. i do play mw3 and others, mainly i just want something that doesn't crap out after a few months.
i did a little looking online about what mice (is it a mice? lol) gamers like and it seemed like the "gaming" mice were all wired. that got me wondering if wired is the way to go?
