630Watt PSU enough power for SLI?

Im planning on picking up another 660ti and running it SLI config...along with a SSD. I want to know if I would be okay with a 630PSU or should I look at upgrading the PSU..(budget restricted).



I5 3570K 4.3ghz Cooled with a Antec all in one water cooling loop

8gigs of ram

1 WD HDD

6x case fans

As your I5 is overclocked, and each 660Ti takes 150 watts each, it will run your system just barely, which means the will be drawing near it's maximum wattage and creating lots of heat.

300watt for the 2 660ti
120 watt estimate for oc'ed 3570
100 watts for motherboard and ram
80 watts for fans and all sata drives

I would personally pick up at least a 750 watt psu with more than 50a amps on the +12 rails when you can afford it.

Yes, padding is a good thing. I do not see a need to OC in todays day and age but I DO have a PC Power and Cooling PSU that is a 750W firetruck red Silencer and has done very nicely for quite some time.

I'd go 750 to 850w.

I have an 800w for dual 560's and and i7 overclocked to 3.8
