IT/Software Guru's Looking for a Cloud based inventory tracking software

Maybe someone at CGN can help me.

I need to find a way to track 15k SKU's per year and where it is a production process. I am a photographer that handles high volumes of product photography and Im hoping for a way to track where each item I shoot is in the process.

Hoping to track the following on a cloud based system that can handle multiple simultaneous data inputs via barcode scanner or from a list that is imported.

    Hope to track
Received Date/time, shot d/t, edited d/t, live on web d/t, etc. If I can generate analytics on top of that it would be great.

Can someone point me in the right direction?

All of this can be done on excel and google docs but not as efficient as I'd like (or that I know how to do) as I'll still need to search and find and up date it line by line, but I worry with up to a dozen people working off of this information people will be overwriting each other.

You would be better off asking on a photo forum like sports shooter or some other pro site.

Not every small business can afford expensive inventory management software systems, so new apps are making it possible to digitally manage stock in a more cost effective way.

Didn't you ask about this before? IIRC it brought several spammers out to answer you. Maybe not you, maybe somethign else, but it was almost similar in that they were wanting a way to let excel manage a database of photos (disaster in the making). I can only think of SHOPPING CARTS that would allow this sort of thing for the most part.
