Anybody having issues trying to access the DMV website?

I have tried to access: dmv.ca.gov and it keeps timing out on me.

I even tried from a different computer on my network and same thing.

I was able to access this site about a month or so ago but not now. I am just curious if anyone else can access them.

Maybe it is IE 8 that is having issues.

Tor browser seems to work fine, Google Chrome gave me a BSOD I think, but Tor has it...

Would changing my DNS solve the issue if one browser can access it fine but another can't?


HOWEVER, to be fair we ALL know what TOR is and maybe it has its own voodoo magic.

I was looking to flush my DNS cache but change it? Hmmm, Let me see which dns would be better and see if that makes a difference. Not cool though.
