Anyone know what that is about?

    Am I listed?

Is this common to have USPS deliver UPS packages, or am I on the Obama watch-list and black 'copters, and black SUVs will soon arrive?

I recently read about someone (here on calguns) receiving projectiles (lead/jacketed bullets only) in the mail, and getting bunch of grief from the ignorant postmaster trying to overstep and go full-commie (never go full-commie).

I have been buying stuff off of eBay since eBay's start, and I don't think I have ever seen this (well, maybe once before but it arrived before I watched the tracking).

Could dogs have hit on it, if the shipper was a pot-head and had the sticky-icky on his/her hands before shipping the power supplies, or something?

completely normal. Essentially when there are not enough deliveries in a zone to make it reasonable to deliver it they pass the buck to USPS.
...but their exists also in the human heart a depraved taste for equality, which impels the weak to attempt to lower the powerful to their own level, and reduces men to prefer equality in slavery to inequality with freedom.

I had this happen to me with a baby crib sheet i ordered from ebay. Maybe a cheaper way to ship?

UPS Mail Innovations is what they called it.

It's called UPS ReadyPost or something similar. UPS subcontracts the actual delivery out to the USPS.

It's just a power supply. If something were amiss they wouldn't update the tracking saying it would still be delivered, they'd turn it over to the authorities. And you say you've had this type of delivery before but didn't see the tracking realtime. What are you so paranoid about?

I complained to ups, 80% of the time the package is delayed, gets lost. Just forget about the mail innovations or whatever its called and go Fedex and get it done right.

Or just tell the seller to pay for standard UPS shipping instead of going with the discount Surepost service level.

                          Ups called the mail innovation

                          Fedex called smart post

                          DHL GLOBAL Mail services

Fedex/ups sent package through their hub location then deliver to package local post office. Then mail man deliver to your door/box. Shipper save 10-20% cost.

Package arrived, on my front doorstep, just like it was UPS dropping it off, however no bell-ringing, no knocking, just on the porch, AND behind a pillar (like UPS does) so that was obstructed from street-view.

It would have taken less time if it was USPS Priority, but USPS it would have been in my locked mailbox so like always and with adding USPS into the mix, UPS took a week.
