Sigh, I need help hacking into my own computer

well, not the computer, just a excel spreadsheet. Long story short, toward the end of implementing a residential av and structured cabling system, the homeowner's director of IT stopped by and noticed that I had a spreadsheet running with all my IPs, cabling assignments, node logins and "gasp" WiFi key... so he password protected my spreadsheet and can't remember the password.

it is going to cost me a lot of hours if I have to reverse engineer all the data in that spreadsheet

There are programs that can recover passwords to excel files easily.

I have used them for pdf and excel/word files. I forgot the name, but if the above link that was already provided does not do it, then you can prolly google excel password recovery.
