Where is a good place to get cases for comps?

I told mah g/f that when I got employed the first thing I would do is build her a new comp, SO, I like to shop for this stuff and plan everything out.
I can smell employment right around the corner now...

SO, where is a good place online to pick up a case?

This is what I am loking for in order or preference:
1. Selection
2. Price
3. Shipping or discounts.

I was thinking NEWEGG but is there a better place?

Microcenter does not have the greatest selection, but we may go there and have a look. I might actually go there for just about everything else since I wanted some reward points...

Newegg works or buy.com. I like antec cases personally.

Find the case you want then google it to find the best place to buy it. Amazon might be a good place as well.

Check out Tigerdirect also. They're still not charging sales tax in CA, unlike Amazon and Newegg.

The Santa Clara Microcenter used to have a pretty good selection, till they closed down.

Amazon is a good choice if you have or know someone with a Prime account so you can get decent shipping. camelcamelcamel.com is nice for checking price history on amazon, apparently newegg did something to block camelegg.com from being able to update though.

Browse all the sites listed already and decide which case you want. Search for the case on slickdeals.net and froogle.com to find a deal on it.

Check out Tigerdirect also. They're still not charging sales tax in CA, unlike Amazon and Newegg.

Newegg has to charge CA sales tax because they are located somewhere around City of Industry.

Fry's has tons of cases. Better to look at them inside and outside before buying. Shipping it back is a pain in the *** and expensive. Coolermaster are good cases.

Lion Li or the higher end Corsair's.

If you're using a late version of Firefox, you
can add both Free Price Alerts which finds
the best deals for most products using a small drop
down corner tab showing what's going on and NewZon
which is another add on for Firefox that when using
New Egg it will show the lower price at Amazon if
avail. I believe Free Price Alerts works on IE and Chrome,
but not real sure.

Frozencpu.com has a great selection and does some really nice custom work but they have to ship from the east coast.

Newegg has a really good selection as well and great prices and lots of reviews to go off of.

Fry's does have the cases there so you can look at them but they have a terrible selection and bad prices.

Fry's, YEah we will head there to look, BUT LOOK ONLY. It seems taht they will have three small cases, two mid cases, then 12 BIGGER then my HOUSE cases that I would NEVER use and certainly would not pay the $300+ for...

I hate tiger direct for personal reasons but I am willing to drop that axe and go have a look. Once I find a case I will then run around trying to find it everywhere for a better price so that is a given.

It looks like the case she likes is a cooler master red and black thingy with what might be a dock on top, but once I get serious I will hunt it down and see if there is a better price elsewhere. I will have to load up firefox and have a look at those plugins.

Shipping is no big deal either. IT will either happen or it won;t, it looks like it will happen at this point, but as long as it is here within 2 weeks it is all good...
