I have been using Calibre with my Nook and Kindle for several years now and have a sizeable collection of books that I would like to use on my tablet. the problem is that using Calibre, I load the books on the device, but I cannot find them from the device. I have tried several readers with the same issues. Can anyone tell me what I am doing wrong? Do they need to go in a particular folder? And what format works best for Android?

Help with Android tablet and Calibre

It depends on what reader you are using. You can get nook and kindle apps. The other apps have thier own directories for books. Just point the apps to the proper directory. It's been a while since I've used calibre on an android tablet, so I don't remember the exact name of the book folder.
Android will read .pdf, .epub, .azw, .mobi files. It just depends on the app you are using.
