Possible for one if you guys to do a quick tutorial on how to use true crypt and sync with Dropbox?

Just don't go making a 2GB TrueCrypt volume if you only have 20MB of data to encrypt. If you make a small change to a large TrueCrypt volume, Dropbox will need to upload the entire encrypted volume (in the case of my example, 2GB each time you make a edit).
