Is there a way for me to tell the forum software to resize my posted images to say, 80% of the page width? Something like [img width="80%]?

Not that I know of on a basic web interface like this.
Typically that kinda thing is done through html tags and since you are able to use "slightly limited similar to html but not really" tags here, that might not work.
Really though your best bet is just to get a program that will resize things REALLY easly, like IRfanview and resize them before you host them and then post them.
That is what I do. Then you do not need to worry about sized images or not, just post the img link and you are done.
If I am wrong by all means someone show me the error of my ways.Last edited by stilly; 02-11-2013, 4:54 PM.7 Billion people on the planet. They aint ALL gonna astronauts. Some will get hit by trains...

Ok, that's what I thought but I figured no harm in asking.Wish I was rich instead of so damn good looking.Originally posted by stix213I'll worry about Hannibal Lecter having too many rights when the rest of us get ours in the first place.Originally posted by Just DaveAny American who isn't on a government watch list should be ashamed of themselves.Comment

Certainly no harm in asking but seriously, get irfanview (free), it makes resizing a snap. once you have image hosting or a website/ftp site then just dump the images there and make a link to them like I do with all of mine...7 Billion people on the planet.
