Are there any open wifi available, you can set up all the security you want. But if they just hit the neighbors open router, it won't help.

there is a simple command you can run that restricts any user account login times. also has the ability to logout users at a certain time.

I would honestly advise just having the computer in a open area and monitoring their use. if you have to lock them out that means they aren't listening to the rules. they will also thank you later when they aren't technology addicts who can't sit through a movie without checking facebook at least once ha ha ha

get a router/ap that supports DD-WRT I believe you can do what you want with a wrt54g or similar which you should be able to buy for under 50 bucks

here's a how to once you've got the access point and DD-wrt custom firmware loaded on it.

My AR is 7.62x39, so that if/when we get invaded, I can shoot their ammo back at them!

If the password changed daily how would you know what the new password is to access the Internet? You or the kids?

Is there a reason not to turn on logging in the router, tell them that they're not allowed to use it until such and such a time, and then check the logs occasionally. ("trust but verify"). If you can't trust them under that situation, you can't trust them not to subvert whatever security system you put in place anyway.
