I had no idea what an M51 engineer bag was, so I looked it up. Seems like it would be overkill if all you're going to carry is a tablet. According to this guy it can carry a 15" laptop. Since it's military does it still qualify as a man purse?

I use a car. It can hold all that PLUS and it will allow me to plug my charger into it and charge it...7 Billion people on the planet. They aint ALL gonna astronauts. Some will get hit by trains...
