A gun nut's accidental iPad tool

I was trying to make a new tablet accessory (Can't tell you more about this one yet lol), had a few drinks and ended up with these:

    One's a 7mm Rem Mag, other is a .270 Win.

They actually work pretty well for my ipad and iphone, better than my HTC junk one I got. I'll probably make one a key chain and the other a necklace. I might make more if people want them. Plus this might actually be one of the only, if not the only stylus made in the USA.

I know I'm a nerd lol Just thought I'd share. I make and collect those miniature tanks too

What are you using for the pad, I tried this with some packaging foam and it was less than stellar. Good job looks great.
A gun, like any other source of power, is a force for either good or evil, being neither in itself, but dependent upon those who possess it.

I'm on it. Should take delivery of components next week.

I'll see what I can do about marketing this. Maybe even find an indie game developer on Kick starter to use as a promo. Only thing is, this is a real shell casing and needs to be treated as such, like in MA you might have problems. But, I have a few ideas that don't involve drilling holes which can cut hands. Other people didn't pay for me to go to college for nothing lol.

You guys think $10 shipped sounds fair? How about $16 for 2 or $35 for 5 on a stripper clip?

Any of y'all want them, let me know. Also, let me know what type you'd like.

Creative! I was discussing with a buddy about how it seems you damn near have to be a scientist or engineer these days to come up with an unheard of product... you sure did. Open an ebay store and promote.

Run a chain through them and hand them out to shops that use digital signatures. I've noticed a lot of places are starting to convert to ipad's for their POS machines. I don't see a gun shop adopting that any time soon but it'd definitely get attention.

                    Any chance of a .22mag?

eBay is against anything gun related. I doubt they'd let his store stay up for very long... PayPal is the same way.

I'd like to have one w/ a 7.62x54r casing. I'll send you the spent brass if you don't want to make a mess of them.

Do they have a more pointed tip available?
95,000,000 people die each day in the U.S. from gun violence

not to thread jack, but eBay has listings for Mag's now, I thought after the VT shooting they put a stop to that???
Q: What was the most positive result of the "Cash for Clunkers" program?
A: It took 95% of the Obama bumper stickers off the road.
