Pass, thanks. I've got a full time job already, and mine actually pays me instead of the other way around.

People are leaving WOW in droves, I have a feeling your account isn't worth what it used to be.

What's the new thing? Star Wars? I remember their first try at a MMPORG didn't really live up expectations. Or has EverCrack come up with something new?

As to the comment about having a full time job...yeah, that sh&t really interferes with other things.

SWTOR is the current big thing. But I don't think people are leaving WOW for other games specifically. I think they are leaving WOW cause they are tired or fed up with it.

WoW was losing customers long before SWTOR was available for pre-order. The rough estimate is that they lost 2 million subscribers when they released the latest expansion, lost a boatload with the expansion before that, and the upcoming expansion has been the butt of jokes since blizzcon.

Constantly recycling content(even entire dungeons just copy/pasted and numbers tweaked for the higher level).

Failing to make good on promises about various events related to lore and future content(adding more story instead of concluding existing storylines)

Failing to make up their mind on what size a raid should be resulting in entire guilds breaking apart after having played together for years.

Welfare loot handed out just for logging on and talking to NPCs.

An imbalanced disaster of a PVP arena system with constant "flavor of the month" changes.

Not doing a good enough job to stop the chinese spammers.

Adding stupid crap to the game like playable werewolves and pandas(adding intergalactic space paladins was questionable, but werewolves and pandas that were an april fool's joke?)

Supposedly "epic" boss battles turning out to be a basic tank and spank(meaning they're an easy joke).

Dumbing down things like stats because Jr. High level math was too difficult for people.

The list just goes on and on for reasons why people have quit WoW in droves over the past couple of years. The latest stunt blizzard pulled was promising free copies of Diablo 3 to WoW subscribers who maintain their subscriptions for a year, nothing more than a lame attempt to keep potential customers away from other games like SWToR and Skyrim. Basically Activision got involved and instead of leaving well enough alone(the game had been pretty much printing cash for Blizzard for years, why change things?), wanted to change the game so even the lamest of players could just login and do everything with little to no thought.

That being said, even though they've lost 3 or 4 million subscribers, they're still somewhere around 8-9 million(or so they claim). Personally I wish I sold my account before BC launched because I had been offered $1500 for it... silly me didn't pay attention and even still being in a progression raiding guild in BC it wasn't worth squat anymore, so around mid WotLK I just cancelled it.

I would have to basically agree with Merc1138. I did play WOTLK but have not played Cata other than lvl toons to 85. I am offically done with that game, tooo many things about the game i hate at this point...most are listed in the post above me.

The biggest crock of poo was making us do FL dailies for weeks, this was one of many deal breakers for me.

You wont get much for that acct if anything.

Just be glad your done with it and move on.

People still play WoW? I played it since beta but quit a couple years ago when I realized......... It just isn't any fun. Its like a boring assembly line job. When you go on a raid the uber nerds get their panties all in a bundle if you don't hit every key stroke in the exact right order or your character wasn't built to their specs (which of course, since they know EVERYTHING about everything your guy was crap) and I got sick of people talking like 6 year old females (WTF is a "pally"? sounds like an infant toy for non-heterosexual types)
                      vindicta inducit ad salutem?

Last year one of my Gmail accounts was hacked by Chinese spammers. My account sent out about 100 of these to different members before it was suspended. I had to strengthen my password and add secondary account validation. Spammers suck.

i started playing again cuz i wanted to be KUNG FU PANDA..... just kidding. even though I do find it hilarious. I quit because my account with RIDICULOUSLY large / complex passwords would get hacked... something is messed up on their end... nothing else of mine ever had an issue.
