    Don't bundle services, if possible. Once bundled, makes it very hard to switch or leave. Their sales reps want you to bundle deliberately so that they can increase their sales and make it hard for you to leave.

      I am going to cancel the TV tomorrow, but as far as pulling the plug...impossible as I run a business highly dependent on the internet. I sure as all heck don't want to go back to Fed Ex and fax machines!!

        Unplugged the TV portion. I still get a lot of channnels via cable digital TV, but for free I guess. What's a good way to expand that service? Roka or Hulu?

        Can't wait for Vios...or some alternative to the cable as $50.00 a month for internet access seems like a shaft based on what the true costs are.
