Updated my phone to IOS 5 and my NDrive GPS application will not load. I get on the phone with Apple support - (pulling teeth). They claim that the app isn't available due to compatibility issues. They also point me to the developer of the product. I ask for a refund since it is Apple that is preventing me access to what I bought and paid for, and it is the Apple Itunes store to whom I paid.
1. They will not allow me to load my application
2. They will not allow me to downgrade from IOS 5
3. They will not refund my money
In short - I purchased a product and used it - Apple will not allow me access to my product and will not refund the purchase amount since it is passed the 120 day refund period. OY VEY
They deinstalled
it without my permission, time for another platform...
