I think the 901s were hype too. I stayed in a fellows house for the summer, and with 100 wpc, my AR2's sounded better than his 901's.

I might as well have said that Bose is garbage, would you call that kool aid as well? Get your eyes checked(and your ears if you think Bose actually produces quality products).
I agreed with rolling code. Bose is for kool aid drinkers.

Anything else you are fervent about?

Definitely overhyped, but not garbage like the rest of the products that Bose markets. Hell, even with the 901's the only technical info they give you is the impedance buried in the back of the manual. There is more text on how to clean the things than there is technical information.

Yes, why quote my post and make a statement that isn't clear then complain when people call you out on it?

          Oops sorry, I messed up.

I agree with you. Like any other product that attracts fanboys, Bose owners spend as much time talking up their purchase as using it.

Ok, good. Now we can all get back to being a happy bunch of people who can't stand a company that markets itself to old people by playing music louder in a TV commercial as a demonstration of how superior their product is due to the millions of dollars that Bose spends on R&D for volume knobs, or the thousands of dollars they spent on an AVID editing station just so they could increase the audio level in their video.
