Chrome is a thing of wonder and beauty. It's lightweight, visually. It does seem to hog a little more in the way of resources than the last version of FF I used (no, I don't remember what it was, but it's whatever was current the day that Chrome came out. haven't used it since.) HOWEVER the thing about using more resources is sort of a good thing: each tab is run as its own process. If you have a tab that has stopped responding, you can kill just that process, and you haven't lost all 8,000 other things you were doing.
It's great.
This is unfortunately the case. There's one forum that I can't copy-paste on with Chrome. Don't know why, the developer of the software doesn't know why. Copy-paste only works there with IE or FF.NRA Life Member

^^This! I've been using Chrome since it was in Beta stage and I love it. While in Beta and even lately, if you send an error report in or have an issue, it actually gets resolved...error reporting for IE seems more like you're throwing a penny in a fountain.
I have Firefox specifically so I can run the crazedlist.org multi-search on Craigslist. Every now and then I run across a website that doesn't play well with Chrome but very rarely, in those cases FF seems to work fine. I really don't understand why people who have an option use IE.Comment

CERTIFIABLE RIMFIRE JUNKIE.Originally posted by MrPlinkwhat guitar would you recommend for SHTF?
I think I would go with a Telecaster. The bolt on neck would be the strongest to deal with terrorist zombies. I know most folks will say Strat, but I think the trem system is unreliable.
I mean, who needs to dive bomb when SHTF? That only happens in movies.

I removed IE from my computers, then it turned out I need it for some programs to run correctly. What a load of BS.^^This! I've been using Chrome since it was in Beta stage and I love it.
