    Explorer 9

Is anyone else besides me not happy with the new Explorer 9 internet? I lost my google tool bar, can't go back centertain pages, and they moves things to the other side. Anyone else as unhappy as me? Words of incouragement?

The conservative see's glass as half empty and tries to keep it that way.
I'm with the people on the side just pouring water in the glass trying to get a drink!

I am using it and is is fine for me. they tied the google bar and the main bar in one, just type what you want in the main bar if that is what your asking. I hate all the additional bars people have on their browsers, so for me this is nice. I do have to get use to the downloading bars/save bars on the bottom now though.

            IE.....

I've used everything but IE. Went to Firefox, then went to Chrome, then to Opera, now back to Chrome.

Firefox? It's much better (yes you can move items to your preference & has Google search).
Yea, Chrome or Opera would be your other choices.

I don't know what is up with new microsoft stuff (>Vista)&(>office07)...can't customize much & not user friendly :-|

Was never a fan of Firefox. I love Chrome though.

OP, I was trouble shooting my Aunt's Laptop this weekend with the same symptoms.

Ended up just using chrome, which she allready had installed.

                        I use Firefox with no-script.

Yeah Chrome is amazing. There are people out there that still think Google is farming us for personal information, but I haven't had a problem with Google, or their browser for a couple years now. It's a fast browser that doesn't have a lot of crap added on to it.

Haven't tried IE9, but I don't like Mozilla or chrome. My wife loves Mozilla and uses it all the time. And she is one of those people that has a million toolbars.
