    Portal 2

Any one have a chance to play this gem? I played after school yesterday for a bit and was hooked. The Co-op is probably the most fun multi-player experience I have had since my younger days playing Red Alert on Ps1 system link.

I joined with a random person online and we ended up playing for 2-3 hours getting up to the last level until both of us realized we had to work in a few hours. The entire time we played we didn't have to use microphones or anything. They have an awesome pointer system that lets the other guy know what you are pointing to. You can even press tab for a mini screen on the corner to see what THEY are seeing. Game is 9.5/10, will be 10/10 if I can manage to find a map editor to make my own co-op maps with. I used to spend weeks making counterstrike maps and this would just be amazing to get back into.

Edit: So I have found out we will be able to make maps for Portal 2 as people have been making them for Portal 1 for quite some time now. I can use the Portal 1 SDK to start making maps tonight until there is a Portal 2 SDK out. If any one has any suggestions let me know! I will be focusing on co-op maps.

My roommate was plating yesterday. Looks like a really fun game. I'll probably purchase it later.

I have it. Heck I even played the potato sack games to get it to release early. Spent a bit too much time on it.

I'm working through the single player right now. It's just as much fun as the first one was. I love the passive-aggressive computer voice. Haven't tried multiplayer yet.

I wish I'd known about the early access thingy. I'd got most (or all) of the indie games that were involved in that, and I would have loved to play early.

I beat the game last night. It was a blast. I'll have to try out the co op mode next.

I only got two potatoes though. One from Audiosurf and another from friends of the dinosaur.

Bought the game, beat the game, can't wait for community maps. By far best SP I've ever played in a game.

I'm about midway through Chapter 7,and to be honest I was expecting Portal 2 to be a little bit different. sure, the environment is different than Portal 1, and there's more of a story to this one, but if you break it down, it's still just a puzzle game broken down into different levels. You enter an elevator, or walk through some force field each level, and it just starts all over.

I kind of wish that instead of different levels disguised as interactive environments, they would just give us a continuous, flowing map that requires the use of the portals and the given environment. Think HL2, except with obstacles that can't be bypassed except with the use of the portal gun and some ingenuity.
