I hate doing SEO stuff... I did it for my site, and I guess it's worked out so far.

site looks good. its simple, easy on the eyes and navigation is all right there(i hate having to look for a damn button/link). haven't played with any of the tools yet, but the overall setup looks good.

The Natter jack, what would look better as a headline? Do you just not like the "no fancy punchlines" quote, which is in fact a punch line in itself? Or do you not like the way it looks period?

Everything else is great. I will get to working on it tomorrow evening. I greatly appreciate it the advice.
I just don't like the headline "no fancy punchlines". The layout of the site is good. I just don't like your text and the logic of how the text flows from point to point.

                Talk more about your experience.

How many years you've been in the business, education, and training?

Duplicate some of the Keller Williams Realty punchlines about highest rated customer satisfaction, offer free market analysis.

Peoples brains work in odd ways. Some people only click horizontal links, some vertical, some within text.

If you can, duplicate some of the major links within the text on your landing page.

STEAL IDEAS!, take a look of the pages of the most successful agents and see the way their logic flows.

Make it personal, do they want to deal with a person or a blank suit.

                You speak Spanish?

                Brian

Can I suggest hiring a grammar nazi to run through it one time?

"Whats Different about a Keller Williams Agent?"

                  Plural Whats????

You mean the contraction "What's" as in

"What is different about a Keller Williams Agent?"

Website note: From what I have seen from other Real Estate agents/Broker is how flashy their site are and I think that holds true to a lot in that field. Most that I have met drive flashy S-series MB or Bimmers even their business card are pretty high end.

                      Thanks Coded dude.

Brian, I like your style. I kinda speak spanish. I put it on my business cards last time, and I was amazed as to how many people called and spoke to me in spanish. I was thinking of putting the misses number as a spanish number, as she is very fluent. I will start stealing ideas . I changed it up a little last night, but not nearly as much as I wanted too.

traut, got it. I read thru that, and didn't think it was right. It was on a list of things to add to your site. I either copied it wrong, or the site was wrong. Probably the first.

Outta Control. My cards are flat black:

No glamor shots, no shinny. I am playing with the idea that people don't like that as much as Realtors think people like the flash, but I very well may be wrong.

What do you think....flash....or no flash??? Some people are very into the, people want to work with successful people, and your car is the first factor as to how well you are doing. Regardless, I wear a black suit, (or occasionally blue) everyday I go to work, along with a nice power tie, a shiny black and silver tie clip, and a black and silver polished name tag. Always clean shavin, etc.
