BB Curve to a Windows based double slider to a My Touch Slide Android. I will not go back to BB or Windows based phones if I can help it. I had to do a hard reset on my Android. Once booted, I simply typed in my gmail username/password and 20 minutes later I had my email, contacts, and calender sync'd back up. Absolutely wonderful.

Configure your gmail account to pop your biz mail. Then configure gmail so that it can send email via your biz email server. Set the default send option to follow the same path as retrieval. In other words, if you receive biz mail and respond to it on your phone, gmail will send via your biz email server so that it all looks right on the customer's end.

      Android Rocks.

And it is something that Android supports, I guess you never configured it.

Aside from that, I really liked the way both the phones worked and they had a lot of features, but email timing for me is critical to business.
Are you trying to get mail pushed to your phone from an Exchange server? Android has that built in. When you add an account you have to select "Exchange" for the account type.

I cannot wait to dump my BB Storm. Worst electronic device I have ever owned. I am going to tape mine to some tannerite and blow up the pos. I am just waiting for Verizon to get the new Thunderbolt to use my every two year deal to make the switch.

The Thunderbolt is going to be awesome! I have an Incredible and love it, but I'm ready for a new Droid.

forgive my ignorance but I honestly don't know. We have a company that hosts our email but I don't know if it is exchange. Can you help me? I liked the android platform but the mail sucked. Care to pm me information on how to know what I am doing?

Here's the clencher trick most smart phone's can't do:

                      > Act as a WiFi Hotspot (for say your laptop)
                      > While simultaneously on a Voice Call (via Bluetooth or just on the device)

To do this, you need to be on AT&T or T-Mobile. If you are on Sprint (except the EVO in 4G land) or Verizon (Any) you can't do this and your email will not come in until your call ends. My setup can do this now (and i've clocked 3.9M downloads!).

When Verizon LTE is readily available later this year i'll be on the quest to try an android based phone that can do the same.

                        They can be hotspots you.

                        1. Pay a big amount
                        2. Get the phone rooted and it's free

After finding K9 Mail, I'm not going back to a BlackBerry. This Atrix is light years ahead of the BB.

Right behind you. I'm dumping BB for Droid as soon as Big Red comes out with a (preferably Motorola) 4G device comparable to Droid X.
