This is not what I have read http://www.asrock.com/news/events/201102ex/index.html I thought the "issue" only affects the SATA II (3 gbps) ports. Can you post something to back that up? I'm not tryingto be being snippy, I am just curious

I guess 0 and 1 are the standard SATA-II ports, there may be more on other boards. This article backs up that only the SATA-II ports are effected.Well, if you can believe Intel ( ) 0,1 are fine, 2-5 are affected.

Or out of the 43 billion in revenue from last year. Maybe they can tell Nvidia that the "check is in the mail" for their cross-licensing payments. Although Nvidia HQ is literally 5 blocks away so maybe that won't fly.Comment
